Senior UX/UI Designer (hybrid)

About the role
Are you a seasoned UX/UI Designer who combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for visual detail? Do you enjoy guiding clients through complex challenges and turning insights into seamless digital experiences? Then you might be the person we’re looking for.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll lead strategic workshops with clients and help define the direction of digital products. You translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually engaging interfaces. From early wireframes to polished designs – you own the full design journey.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate strategic workshops and design sprints with clients

• Conduct user research and translate insights into design concepts

• Design clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs

• Create and maintain design systems

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers and project managers

• Help shape UX strategy and uphold design quality across projects

• Coach junior designers and support knowledge sharing in the team

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and polished UI design

• Comfortable leading workshops and presenting ideas to clients

• Fluent in design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, etc.

• Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

• Excellent communication skills (Dutch and/or English)

• Understanding of responsive design and front-end technologies is a plus

• Experience in an agency or consultancy setting is a bonus
