Senior UX/UI Designer (hybrid)

About the role

• Are you an experienced UX/UI Designer who can effortlessly switch between strategic thinking and pixel-perfect design? Then you might be the colleague we’re looking for. In this role, you combine user insights with strong visual skills. You lead strategic workshops with clients and translate the outcomes into thoughtful, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces. From wireframes to finished UI designs – you’re involved in every step of the process.
  

• What you will do

  ·       Facilitate strategic workshops and design sprints with clients

  ·       Conduct user research and competitive analyses

  ·       Develop UX concepts into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes

  ·       Create UI designs that are clear, intuitive, and visually compelling

  ·       Set up and maintain design systems

  ·       Collaborate with developers and fellow designers to ensure smooth implementation

  ·       Provide input on UX strategy within projects

  ·       Coach junior profiles within the team

Your profile

·       At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer

·       A strong portfolio featuring both strategic UX work and polished UI designs

·       Experience facilitating workshops and design processes with clients

·       In-depth knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, …

·       An eye for both detail and the bigger picture

·       Strong communication skills (Dutch, English is a plus)

·       Experience with responsive design and ideally a basic understanding of front-end technology
