We’re 62MILES; a growth company that currently consists of six agencies specialising in employer branding (Fantastic, Ghent), live experiences (meetmarcel, Bruges), creative communication (mortierbrigade, Brussels), content and performance (Onlyhumans, Berchem), branding (Today, Mechelen) and digital products and experiences (Who Owns The Zebra, Ghent). To keep pushing hard, our agencies could use some ‘hard HR’ support. Enter our payroll expert: a numbers expert with a heart for people – and vice versa.

 

What our payroll expert does

As the 62MILES payroll expert, you’ll handle our agencies’ HR operations, and act as the main contact for our partners and employees. Here’s what will keep you busy – and interested:

·       Monthly payroll processing, joiners and leavers, different types of leaves and leave allowances, insurances, youth holidays, …: you’ll be managing the payroll and HR admin for all 62MILES agencies and their 150 talents from start to finish.

·       You’ll answer your colleagues’ questions about all things ‘hard HR’ – over the phone, via email, or while chatting in the office kitchen.

·       You will manage the administrative flow from recruitment over career development to exit, and prepare the necessary documents (contracts, addenda, social docs, etc.). For the onboarding of new employees, you coordinate with our office managers.

·       You’ll keep HR documents and brochures up to date.

·       You will monitor our processes and keep your finger on the socio-legal pulse, ensuring that our systems and procedures remain up to date.

·       You will oversee our fleet, handling orders for new lease cars, vehicle switches, and contract terminations. You’ll be the main contact for our leasing company.

Who you are

·       You win us over with the solid payroll training you’ve had, your understanding of social legislation, and your 2 years (or more) experience in payroll and HR. Knowing your way around Expert Salary is a nice plus, but not a must.

·       You are results-oriented, entrepreneurial and flexible.

·       You are the only payroll expert on our Finance team, so working independently is not a problem for you.

·       You want to help build a positive company culture in a challenging work environment.
